Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Package
Securely pack the items in their original tactical packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship Items
Affix the provided shipping label or your own trackable label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
